Paul Winter is the label's punch-drunk punk poet, the barroom philosopher who wears his musical heart on his sleeve. A talented artist as well as a songwriter (and the man behind our distinctive logo), Paul is not a man to pussyfoot around an issue and his songs abound with insight into politics, religion and broken hearts.
The power of his lyrics is more than matched by his voice, a formidable instrument which he wields with conviction. When not rousing pub audiences into foot-stomping applause Paul works his days away at various jobs, his eyes and ears wide open all the while: his day to day experiences inform his songs and lace them with hard-won wisdom that money canny buy.
Paul is pursuing a number of musical projects, both on his own and in collaboration with others, most notably with his new band The Mind Sweepers.
